MEXICAN CORN SALAD INGREDIENTS
Combine all ingredients.
DRESSING:

- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/4 c. sliced black olives
- 2 tbsp. chopped green chilies
- 1/2 to 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Combine all ingredients.
DRESSING:
- 1/2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 6 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
